Professional Approach and Experience:

Allicia is responsible for managing client documents, assisting with account opening, and meeting preparation for Lance Belline. She is a supportive member of the team who helps build bonds and connections. Allicia is driven to create foundations for future business goals and objectives.

Academic Achievements:

Allicia has completed undergraduate work towards her bachelor’s degree of Business Administration at the University of Oklahoma and holds a BDU Level 1 Personal Trainer and Nutritionist Certification.

Life Outside of Business:

Allicia resides in Arkansas with her three children. She also manages and operates a home-based baker – Three Lily Creations, which has been nominated for Best of NWA in three categories! In her spare time, Allicia enjoys running, CrossFit, hiking, gardening, singing, reading, baking, and creating new recipes, but more than anything, she loves doing it all with her children.
